I am a local township supervisor and my advice is hire a lawyer that knows township law. (We hired a lawyer that specializes in township law) We are closing a road and it reverts back to adjoining landowners.
Being a township supervisor is a great way to lose friends and make lots of enemies. And the only way to get off board is die.
