SC MN | Had a 85 or similar model for about 10 years. Had I believe a 2 hp motor on it. I'd say its about equal to a 6" auger, probably about 1000 bushels an hour. The deal with that cleaner is is you run it too full it just becomes an auger and doesn't drop any fines out. I don't know if you already have one or am looking at buying one, but there are much better choices out there. I replaced mine with a drum style rotating cleaner with a infeed auger, and it actually takes most of the fines out. The only advantage to using that Feterl is that the intake is close to the ground if you need a jump auger between your truck or wagon and the auger and they're usually pretty cheap. | |
