there is a proxy switch that can be adjusted. I usually will take sensor out that is held on by the wing nut. Then put my finger in pointing up and try to feel that eye in there. It should turn on once your finger touches it! Inside the cover there should be a black sensor that you van yurn a very small screw to make it more sensative! Cant remember which way to turn it


Find the tiny white screw on the proximity switch. You need a very small straight blade screwdriver for this. Turn it to the right until the motor turns on and stays running. Then back the screw off 3 complete turns. You should then be able to rub your finger on the switch in the area where the grain flows through the elevator mount and make the motor run, then not run when you pull your finger away. You must pull the auger out to do this.
