Subject: Trouble Calibrating JD 630f

Plains of NW OK
Starting beans and need to calibrate the flex head. I am getting a : ER94 Flex/belt center height position sensor less than 2.0VDC (1.5VDC for flex platforms) code. When I look at the volts on the center sensor they were at 2.1v with the header up and 1.2v with it down. The other 2 sensors are above 4v and 1.5v respectively. I rotated the center sensor as much as it would allow and only managed to change the voltage to 2.4v when head is up and it still won’t calibrate. Is this a sign of a sensor that needs replaced? I didn’t see any issue with the rod under the header being bent or not rotating.
