In this area, the last good rain was about the first week of July. About the third week of July things started to show hurt. I thought beans were going to be a disaster but many are getting yields of 60-70 bu.
One local farmer told me today that this was the best beans he ever raised. Beans around here are beating APH and definitely better than expected.
