That is like asking if you prefer engine oil or hydraulic oil.

The answer depends on the application.

Components that require conductivity, like O2 sensors, generally spec copper anti-seize.
Components that face extreme temps, like VGT actuator rings, generally spec nickel anti-seize.
If you are in neither of those applications, then you are wasting money on anything other than the common silver.

Like others have mentioned, Permatex is reliable. I like an aerosol anti-seize for hitting center-pivot drivelines because it is fast and clean.
