NW Kansas | The only thing we were told was to put a large u-shaped bend in the cable at the bottom. Ours comes down a tower next to the house and enters the eve from the bottom side. The installer said the electricity from a lightning strike may exit the cable and follow the tower to the ground instead of entering the house. The only time ours was hit in 25 years the power went through the cord and fried the repeater anyway. | |
