Subject: RE: Wet line

Did you happen to tighten the cylinder packing rings ? If too tight, they can cause this

Another...can you connect to another truck and isolate trailer from truck...I have seen old hose have the inner liner collapse, it would be fine one way, but the opposite would be slow. The inner lining was loose from the integrity of the rest of the hose and cause a restriction. I have seen the check valves at the quick connect fittings get dirt or debris or just fail and cause restriction too.
Make sure the quick connector is fully seated / tight.

Also agree with above on the spool valve...make sure its fully moving to allow full amount of oil.

Do you have a filter on the return side ( 3 line ) setup ? ...could be causing the restriction too.

Make sure you dont have any bent pivot pins on the rear of bed, and / or the cylinder top and bottom. Make sure they are lubed and free and not binding. Check for broken pin mounts or flanges as well.

Also possible you could have air lock, bleed out some oil to check for foam / bubbles.
