IL | Having shaker bushing issues again on the 1680 . I caught them in time , this time .
The rubber ones in the pitman arm and the bottom of the front rocker arm.
I reread your post of the cardboard centering plate. I may have been tightening those wrong all Along. I tightened all 4 of this bolts at the fore and aft mid point of the shaker movement. When the pitman should have been opposite? ( looking at your marks of vertical movement on the cardboard)
Since that bushing has up and down pivot of the arm ?
(Hope Clearer than mud)
And the bushing at the bottom of the pivot arm is tightened at shaker mid stroke ?
