West Tennessee | How is your blood pressure? I used to have fits of anger at little things. Once I got my blood pressure under control that basically stopped. I try to find time each day to do things that I (emphasis) want to do. Verses letting all the things on my to do list run me. I make no apologies for it even though I get asked "why aren't you working" too many times. It is hard for me sometimes but the time for me to do what I want is VERY important to me and since I'm self employed I get to choose. Has made things a lot better for me. Good luck to you. | |
