| Talk with a pastor and rely on your faith. Try to spend time with positive people you can talk to. Learn from your mistakes and focus on moving forward. I always say if I spent as much time looking forward as I do looking backward, I’d feel a lot different. Two things I did this summer that really helped was shut off the news and spend more time listening to music I enjoyed as a kid. That music takes me back in time and gets me thinking about how old I was when a certain song was popular, what equipment I was driving, etc. This too shall pass.
