Subject: Attitude in the crapper

Let me start with I know I have a lot to be thankful for and a lot of people have it much worse than me.
This year has been stressful for a number of reasons. Cattle market, grain markets, a few poor farm management operational decisions that I wished I could do over. So fast forward to current times and it just feels like I have a short fuse all the time, anything minor sets me over the edge. Looking for suggestions or advise on things you have done that have improved your outlook or attitude. I try not to dwell on the bad decisions or missed opportunities but I keep coming back to thinking about them. It has affected my relationship with my wife and kids. It seems like I just can't give them my full attention without thinking about something else. Some family has suggested therapy, maybe that's not a bad idea, trying to improve the situation the self help way if i can i guess.
