If u still have 1 2 the 2 speed is just fine. No other cluch pacs besides the master clutch and i would not move at all.
Did u try to plow in the working gears? Maybe the lord coupler is bad?
I agree that it doesn't make sense that u have 1 in b but not in c.
U like others said u have a simple gear box. All gears turn all the time. I would definitely check linkages. U can remove the rods from the transmission and feel each shift.
The upper shift lever is 1 3 5 and r
Lower is a b c d.

U can see in the link pics that its quite simple just big.
On your sheet i see a pattern. Im gonna think about it but i can't find a reason for now. I would disconnect and shift by hand on transmission. Get it out somewhere and put it in gear with engine off, then start up and see what happens. Im thinking u have a linkage or cab shifter issue not a transmission issue. I wouldn't run it besides to do diagnosis.
