southern MN | Bank just sent me a packet I opened today, the 5 year balloon payment on 55 acres comes due this winter, they want to gather paperwork to write out the next 5 year balloon. So this thread gets a little more relevant.
I’m hoping to just pay it off and be done with it, but it will be kind of tight if I do.
Certainly not an approved idea! Their paperwork just assumes I will re up.
See how big the Covid-2 payment is gonna be.
