I had same issue on 35' single drive. Dealer had me back off tension. Belt was too tight. 1020's had same issue. Green stem beans do not help or going crossways on endrows. I went to 3162 and I bet I have found 3 belts for my 3020 laying around. Keep that knife sharp and down on the guards.
