NE SD
Quite a bit of weight and a lot of horsepower. Like 9000 lbs and 100 hp. The 680 has 100 bu bigger hopper which is an advantage, but a rethrasher, which while it really hasn't caused us any issues makes the machine a pain to work on.

The 670s with longer augers also get the gearbox unload drive but have a 1/2 bu per second slower unload rate. Later machines are very quiet. Can't hardly hear anything in our 2017 680 with platform on. You really don't even know you're lugging it down until the alarm goes off. Of course the corn head is louder.

I've been told Deere unhitched the plow from 670s starting with the late 2014 models.
