Subject: Miller bobcat, bad motor.

We have a bobcat that’s a family machine. Short story it got water in a cylinder, then was put up in the barn for 8 months and no one knew. I’ve been trying to unlock it, but I’ve not had any luck at all.
It’s a command pro 25 motor, I have a command pro 14 on the shelf. Recogn the 14 will run it? Rarely do we turn it up to over 125amps. I’m assuming I can get a piston and cylinder to repair the motor too, but it feels like there is a good bit of slop between the flywheel where I’m trying to break the frozen rings loose. So I’m questioning how good the whole engine was even before the water. Welder is pretty rode hard and put up wet kinda machine.
