The NAT posters have given you a lot of very good suggestions. I know they are good because I agree with them.

I would suggest carefully checking the web sites for the lodges in the park. Some of the lodging inside the park is very nice. Some of the lodges have some age and they are a little primitive by today's standards. We enjoyed going inside the major lodges and looking at the post and beam lobby construction. These lodges have some age but those ole boys knew how to build.

I hope you enjoy your trip to Yellowstone and this is not your only trip to the area. We enjoyed visiting Rocky Mountain and Glacier National Park.
