Subject: JD 640FD: fixed mouse damage, still won't calibrate: cutterbar pressure too high

N IL
JD640FD on S680.

From earlier post couple days ago, I couldn't get the reel to go down, found mouse damage in the harness, fixed it and am able to get all functions to work on the head, including auto header control. Now the head won't calibrate. I'm getting the message the cutterbar pressure is too high.

In the past this meant I had a bad height sensor. I can get into the diagnostics under LC1 021-024 and am getting numbers around 1400 on 21 and 24 which are the outer edges, the inner sensors are saying around 400. The last time this happened, I was thinking I could get a voltage reading of 3-5 volts...am I in the wrong page? or do I move the decimal point over two to get voltage and the centers would be around 4.0 volts??

Any help or other ideas are welcome!
