Subject: RE: Repurposing old grain bin

North of London
Our first thought, no I guess it was the second thought was to put 1 plywood door in and the other section of original bin hinged for wiser door when needed.
After we cut it out we decided it was too flimsy and would need a frame added to it to keep it from flopping round so we went back to 2 plywood doors.
the plywood we are framing with wood from the deck to keep them from warping

Still thinking about how we will latch the main door to the second door.
the second door on the left will be pinned top and bottom.

May be a simple as a good hook or we may have to manufacture something but doors do not make a straight line because of the round of the bin.

We were able to take angle iron on bottom off the pad and put it on the top of door way to create a bit of a drip edge.
Reduced height by a little but kept bolt holes on sheet to bolt the angle too.
