NorthWest Indiana | I don't know how to do it, don't have the answers for you but am very excited to see a father son come together for the benefit of the farm. What you want to do is protect the assets of the farm for both of you. A long term hospital/nursing home stay could eat up all of the owned assets. For my parent's retirement home on our farm we formed an LLC. Used a lawyer, set things up. Good luck and keep the faith. | |
