Shown below is a link to the instructions on how to do the accountant copy. I've never done it. I simply run the necessary reports, write up a page of comments and scan along with any necessary documents and send via secure method "Intuit link".  We only physically meet once a year.  
Someone mentioned using QB online; however that's an entirely different platform/ setup. If you're used to desktop and then see the online version it would take a little learning to change.
