Here, FM doesn't really cost you anything in beans. If you take them a load that weighs 100 pounds and they determine 8.5% is FM, you took them 91.5 pounds of beans and 8.5 pounds of rye seed and other FM. They pay you for the 91.5 pounds of beans but you get nothing for the FM.
