SE Iowa | People have forgot China's buying patterns pre tariff...usda did not raise exports despite the pace of commitments.
Currency is another reason...Brazil increased acres/production...will need a wx issue
Brazil exported 4.3 mmt beans in Aug. according last gov't monthly report... so they are not out.
China is booking SA beans for feb/march... 40 cargos from us and 20 from brazil last week.
