Here is my thought: How much point of purchase information is MicroSoft collecting with companies implementing SalesForce?
If fully utilized, every customer interaction and purchase is tracked. This is great for a company to evaluate and manage data but is MicroSoft the big winner? This would make Google look weak. | |
