When the whole system goes down because of a solar flare,
some of will still be able to figure out how to survive.

I always wondered if a 'dirty bomb' knocked out the power grid, especially in winter , how long many would survive---limited forests for firewood , hardly any wood burning stoves , no food , water.......

Ones tell of there families who went through war & revolution in Europe that it doesn't atter what u have as reither u share it or they kill u.....kinda like what has went on in Africa when they come for your land......I doubt 1% could survive for long

A dirty bomb would mostly contaminate an area with radiation. A bomb designed to make an electromagnetic pulse would likely knock out most microelectronic circuits. A massive solar flare would do the same thing. the Carrington event of 1859 was so massive it set telegraph offices on fire.
