To get sued for slander takes nothing, for the plantiff to actually win the case takes a lot. If you an expressing your opinion, you are pretty much covered. If you are making a statement, as long as it is factual, you are covered. Talk to an attorney to double check.
This first step they will legally take in most cases is a formal Cease and Desist order. If you haven't gotten that, I wouldn't worry.
I’m not really that worried about it. There were several less than complementary comments, they’re going to have their hands full if they intend to squash them all.
