Wonder how many cattle get counted more the once for CFAP payment. First of May farmer A sells calves,then farmer B buys those calves and who knows farmer B might of resold them Aug 15 so now farmer C has them. The way I read it farmer A, B, and C would each qualify for a $55 payment on the same calves.
CFAP 2.0 ?
