Would you look at that another program catering the I states. Dry beans have not been involved in gov payments even though many are exported and are affected by covid. Now Cfap 2.0 pays on planted acres. ND has 2-3 million PP that won’t get a payment. Last year I state PP got a bump. I’m simply asking for fair/equal treatment
