North Central Texas
2 7/8 uprights or bigger. 4 1/2 preferred.

2 3/8 can be used for cross members.

Under 3" needs to be sch 80 or better. Over 3" can be sch 40.

2-3" pipe can be driven to 5'. 3"+ to 4'.

8' upright spacing is optimal. 6' is to narrow and 10' is too wide.

If a cross member is over 10', use a bigger diameter cross.

Keep cross members in the upper 1/3 of the H.

USE KICKERS. They keep your welds from being in a sraight line that can be more easily broken and it holds the force better anyway.
