| What exactly is the nationwide marketing percentage? Is it the amount of the commodity that has been marketed in a certain time frame? Possibly from April through end of year? I guess what I really am asking would their be a possibility of getting the remainder of the percentage in another possible CFAP 3.0? Cotton has .46 factor and .08 payment. That doesn't add up fast on a drought ravaged APH. I'm not griping. I feel western Texas was over compensated last year with MFP and things maybe just evened out. Bankers, Equipment dealers, and Pickup salesmen wont be overjoyed with this payment compared to last year.
