Has anyone heard any talk on when they might cut off applications for whip+ from the 2019 crop year? Not wanting to be oversold for tax purposes if they decide to send out the second half of the payment at some point before the end of the year. I'm assuming at this point we probably don't get the 2nd half but you never know.
