I get them in my shop, too. I spray the floor and all around the perimeter where the wall meets the floor. That takes care of them.
I use Demon. It works for crickets, spiders, and any other creepy crawlies, too. As long as it doesn't get washed off somehow, it will work all summer and fall, and sometimes the next spring.
