East Central Nebraska
Aw, thanks for the reminder. I need to pick up some stuff to spray our cemetery also I also head of our cemetery board. I spray in the fall too. I go to our local chemical dealer to get the chemicals. I'm trying to think what I use. I think it is grazone product, but can't remember. But yes a form of what you have there. It doesn't hurt the stones and so far, I haven't killed off any flowers or shrubs. I have a ton of respect when I work up there but you change your opinion on flowers and shrubs when you have to mow and weed eat around them. For application, I use my side by side with a boomless nozzle also. Works great to cover 30ft and doesn't take very long. A boom would be better, but almost impossible in a cemetery. This is the 3rd year I've sprayed and it was never done before. Makes a huge difference. I have had people comment that we do a good job keeping the weeds out. I usually try to spray a week or so after the last cutting of grass.
