It is not US specific. Basically shows that irregardless of what measures were taken to reduce transmission or flatten the curve the virus followed the same curve and by the time most of the measures were put in place they did little or nothing to change that curve. Too little too late to be effective yet we are still being ask to do the ineffective. So if at first it didn't work, double down. The world we live in today. John |
