Higginsville, MO
I don't post much, just read and think. I've said all summer to locals "if there is so much grain, where the heck is it?" First year i haven't hauled anything out of bins at work in July. Ive worked for the man for 8 years. We always have at least 15 semi loads left in one bin or 3. Bout the only person with grain was my dad, and he sold at $3.10. He still made $200 an acre on crop shares. Basis has been the best its ever been on old crop throughout the last 10 months. To me, that says "where's the crop". I don't ever wish to see what happened in Iowa again, no matter who it is. It's one thing to remember that God is in control and he's going to provide even through the toughest of times. It's been forgotten too much by folks everywhere. He will cut those down that are none believers. China is going to be a good example, if you've seen whats been happening there with weather and food supply,I think It will only get worse for them
