A little personal experience with knee pain. Have had a bad knee since high school. Does OK with the weight off and staying away from the sugar. Recently lost another 5# (added 2 or 3 miles a day walking the puppy to my running) and put some sugar back in stay at 145. Back on the sugar and knee starts to hurt again. Looks like I'm heading down to 140...
