Yeah the idea is that it will keep testing that area until it breaks it...if it can't break it then it will test the lows again. On an intraday basis a guy could sell a touch of the line...place a stop above the line. If price goes to your favor lower the stop to break even or more and enjoy the ride down. So far based on the speed this market is going up, it may test the high on June of 2016.
