You quoted his statement; "lets say the field averaged 175bpa/7.5tpa= 23.3 tons per acre. The field should have made 151 loads. So we are off 59+- load"

He had previously stated: "Now when I Google corn per ton of silage most university's are saying that 7.5 avg bushels per ton."

I believe that he made a typo error in his "175bpa/7.5tpa= 23.3 tons per acre". I believe that he meant to ( or should have) stated
7.5 bu/per ton of silage. In such calculation 175 total bushels per acre with 7.5 bushels of corn grain in one ton of chopped corn silage would be 23.3 tons of silage per acre.
