Subject: 9670 Engine squel--idler pulley?

Central Iowa
Have a 9670 that is making a continuous squeal for about 10 or 15 seconds then stops. Seems to me its when the A/C compressor gets put under pressure. Have taken belt off and spun everything....i think they feel ok but maybe this idler pulley is a little tight. hard to tell.

any other thoughts? alternator was new 2 years ago, compressor replaced 3 years ago.
