Kingdom of Callaway - Fulton, Mo 65251

Watching cattle behavior when they eat. No way would I want 2 sets of bunk with a congestive area in the middle. Tar comes, you will have the whole hungry pen piled up In 120 foot before you can get tractor around to other set to feed. All the crap will be contained in the alley between the bunks so you will be hauling manure with the intensity and frequency of a dairyman.

Wind direction and bunk placement matters. Hopefully someone will link a few posts of Gary’s for setting up bunks aNd his curb recs.

My gut feeling is the first option is best, one long line, like Garvo advised a few years ago.
