What is the cost for the oats? How are you figuring a pay back?? You looking for some to some wind erosion? Biomass?
Lot of ways to answer and figure your question out. Sometimes it takes a few years to build things up to see the pay back.
Just like trying to win a national corn yield contest. Wasn't done in just one year on first try.
