Since this is going to be "ongoing" and hunters can be good friend (shooting crop eating deer), I would suggest you ask a lawyer, and be prepared to cooperate with a permanent access road if necessary.
A friend in Mi had the court tell him there will be a road built on his property for "landlocked" owners. The judge said there is NO SUCH THING AS LANDLOCKED PROPERTY. Again, Michigan.
