Yeah harvest as soon as you can. Anthracnose affects soybeans too, we sometimes have it pretty bad in soybeans down here in the south. It will cause the affected plants to die early, sometimes causing the beans to shrivel in the pod, or even unfilled pods, depending on the stage of growth when it hits. All the while unaffected plants are still green. Makes for a tough harvest and causes yield and quality loss. The old Benlate fungicide always seemed the best on it. Burying the old stubble with tillage will help for next year as the spores survive on crop residue.
