Assuming dry matter (DM) doesn't change (no handling loss) 56# of 15% corn contains 56 * .85 or 47.6# DM. 47.6# DM of 20% corn would take 47.6 / .8 or 59.5# of wet corn. Therefore there is 3.5# of water to remove.
