Put a bunch of elemental sulfur and a couple pounds of actual boron with the p&k. If you are looking to bale the hay I would use annual ryegrass instead of oats as a nurse crop. Much easier to get dry than oats and easier to sell. If you plant a true annual ryegrass it should die the first winter leaving just the alfalfa and other grasses.
