I dont know. I like to grow good crops on my ground or my rented ground. I have nothing but a handshake and the ground could be gone tomorrow (this is very little of what I farm). Rented ground gets treated exactly like mine or my dads. As far as loading up? I've never had much luck moving things much by pouring lots on in one year. Good luck. Once you get it producing, your neighbors will be calling your landlord.
