There not hard to lay over. You tie a long hay rope to the top, cut two legs off,cut the other 2 half way through. Get a 16' 2 x 6 , hold it under the rope 1/2 the length then start pulling with a pickup or tractor. When it starts going over go slow & then back up & you can stop & turn the wheel when it gets close to the ground to lay it flat
