Central il | We are just finishing up our at home butcher shop. My wife grew up butchering with her family and I have been involved with it for the last 15 years or so. Hogs are not much trouble anymore. The last beef I was involved with was an experience, to say the least. I butcher all my own deer, hogs. Will probably do some custom deer butchering this fall and winter. The really nice part is having an area that is dedicated for those tasks. Also, being fortunate enough to come across all the equipment over the last 2 years. Our plan is to run all of our meat thru the shop. If you want to email me that is fine, email is in profile. | |
