NorthWest Indiana | I only butcher and process my own deer and the occasional pig for a pig roast. Those look great, don't know if it is the camera angle but that beam/board looks like it has the max beef hanging from it. So, you are going to grind and sell this hamburger? If so, how are you going to protect yourself in the event someone gets sick from it? I know, I have become a scaredy cat concerning lawsuits/legal business. I am far from an operator let alone a BTO, but what I have is mine and paid for, don't want to have to mortgage the farm protecting myself making an extra buck. | |
